Agents should show the property personally. Your perspective applicants must view the property before submitting their application.
Please make sure that your customer or client reads our Rental Application Process & Screening Criteria before filling out their rental application. Also please make sure that they fill out their rental application as completely as possible as any missing information on their application may cause delays in processing their application. Also, have them list you as their agent on the rental application.
