Liberty Managements Application Process for Prospective Tenants

Kevin Knight - Thursday, June 11, 2020

As professional Property Managers, we know that moving is a stressful process, and we understand that prospective tenants who apply with us are eager to get into their rental.

Today we will be going over what new applicants should expect and do after applying for one of our rental properties.

WHAT TO EXPECT:

We process applications on a first-come-first-serve basis and as quickly as possible usually within 3 - 4 business days.

If you do not receive a call from us by the 3rd business day, please check with the office by calling (210) 681-8080 and asking for our Leasing Administrator

If you submit a backup application, your credit card will not be charged the application fee(s) unless we process your application.

You will see a pending credit card transaction, and it will stay pending until we process your application.

If we do not process your application, your credit card will not be charged.

Once your application has been approved, you will be notified by text or email that you are approved and have 24 hours to pay your security deposit to remove the home from the market.

At Liberty, we value you and look forward to providing you with a great rental experience!

WHAT TO DO:

To expedite processing of your application, please contact:

  • Your current and previous employer and inform your employer(s) that Liberty Management will call to verify your employment and income.
  • Your current and previous Landlords and inform your Landlord(s) that Liberty Management will call to verify your rental history.
  • Please ensure that you give your landlord a 30-day notice as some landlords will not provide verifications until they receive your 30-day notice.
  • If you have not already done so, please submit copies of your Government-issued ID, Current pay stubs, and pictures of your pets. You may email pictures and copies to applications@Libertymgt.net

After our team has finished processing your application you will receive a notification via email or text that you were approved or denied along with a link for other resources you will need to ensure a smooth move-in.
